My Story
My journey didn't start with the immaculate white chef's coat , instead it started with a white physician's coat. Yes indeed, I am a trained Medical Doctor from Haiti, to the Antigua and the US, who decided that after realizing everything that was expected of me I was going to follow my heart. I would " do what I love, love what I do, and do it with a passion". So as I hung "others' expectations" of me, I embraced and wearing my passion with confidence. And so, Creative Chef Wynne was released out of her cocoon.
Today I not only help others discover the beauty of food transformation, but also how food connects us in ways we couldn't begin to imagine. Today, I help people create great memories around food. Today, I bring people together with delicious meals. Today, I take people on a tour around the world with my unique creations. Today, in following my passion, I honor all the great and wonderful women in my family lineage ,especially my grandmother Simone, who were amazing cooks and food vendors, and passed their knowledge to me.
